Crock Pot Artisan 7夸脫圓形琺瑯鑄鐵荷蘭鍋

The enamel inside has held up beautifully through weekly stews and cleanups, and the 7-quart size swallows a whole chicken for roasting. I do wish the lid fit a bit snugger, but it’s become my go-to for one-pot Sunday dinners.

I've been searing and braising in mine almost daily for a month now, and the enamel interior wipes clean with just a sponge—no soaking needed. It's heavy but the heat stays so even, and it looks good enough to bring straight to the table when guests come over.

I was skeptical about how well a cast iron pot would transition from stovetop to oven, but this one did it beautifully and held heat evenly for a whole pot roast. The enamel finish is so smooth that stuck-on gravy rinses off without scrubbing.
