I’ve made bread, braised short ribs, and even a full batch of chili in this thing, and the 6-quart capacity handles all of it without splashing over. The matte enamel exterior wipes clean easily, but it’s the even heat that really makes the difference—everything comes out perfectly tender.

The lid fits so snugly that my stews come out even more tender than before, and the matte finish is a nice change from shiny pots. Cleanup is effortless too—nothing sticks to the enamel interior.

This is my third Dutch oven and the enamel inside is noticeably smoother than my last one, so nothing sticks even when I sear chicken first. The 6-quart size fits a whole roast with room for veggies, and the lid sits heavy enough to trap steam perfectly.
