I’ve been using it for delicate herb work and the full-tang construction gives it a solid, balanced feel that’s hard to find at this size. The 2.5-inch blade is surprisingly nimble for detailed cuts.

The curved blade makes trimming strawberries and deveining shrimp feel almost surgical, and the 1.4116 steel held its edge through a whole week of meal prep without a touch-up. It’s smaller than I expected but that’s exactly why it’s so precise.

That full-tang handle gives me way more control than I expected for such a small blade, and the curve fits perfectly into the crevices of citrus and shallots. It’s become my go-to for any fiddly garnish work.
